Save time, costs and resources with workflow management

A functioning workflow management system can make a decisive contribution to the success of a company. Used optimally, it saves time, costs and resources and creates transparency when establishing and implementing digital business processes. "With the workflow solution that we have developed ourselves, simple workflows or event-driven process chains can be mapped just as easily as complex business processes with numerous parallel and serial interfaces", says Rolf Lutzer, managing director of Fasihi GmbH.

Fasihi Workflow Management

With the workflow module on the basis of the Fasihi Enterprise Portal®, any business processes can be set up and designed in multiple steps across departments. In doing so, an intelligent rights system is used in order to authorize and inform individual employees as well as groups of employees specifically for defined work steps.

Each process step is form-based and can be designed individually. All forms and documents are included in the current process and remain available with the previous versions already stored, whereby the current version can always be called up directly. It is not necessary for the processor to save the documents elsewhere in the system or on the computer - all information can be edited, saved and forwarded directly in the portal.

Via the integrated search and export function, all ongoing and completed changes can be displayed, searched and exported for further evaluations. In case a process step stalls, various measures are possible, e.g. automated reminder e-mails or replacing a process participant by a process administrator in the event of illness, holiday, etc.

When the process is completed, the approved change can be stored in a dedicated place in the portal for communication to the staff and documentation. The procedures in the individual process are archived and remain available for research and possible resubmission.
